Because we serve perishable Italian Ice, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Issues & Refunds

If your order arrives melted, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at shop@icebergitalianice.com.

To ensure quality, our delivery team takes a photo of the product at the time of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if a mistake or defect is confirmed, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us at shop@icebergitalianice.com.
